The expected arrival time is within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment. Unconfirmed appointments will not be attended to by the technician. If you have confirmed an appointment and are not present upon our arrival, we will not wait.
Due to the absence of contract agreements, some individuals perceive the ability to reschedule, cancel at the door, or simply not be present. Consequently, we are held accountable for compensating a technician for performing no work, as we lack the capacity to consistently fill the void created by such absences. To mitigate this inconvenience, we will impose a $65.00 fee before commencing any future service.

For general pest control visits, please follow these guidelines:
1. We prioritize interior service over exterior service when pets are present, as they cannot return to the exterior until the product has dried. Please relocate pets to a kennel or outdoor area (backyard) until the interior service is complete.
2. Move small items away from walls to facilitate efficient product application.
3. Refrain from operating sprinklers for six hours prior to service. Sprinklers may be used the day after service.
4. Do not permit pets or children to return to treated areas until the product has dried (approximately 5-10 minutes). Remove or tightly cover fish tanks and disconnect aerators during application.
5. After exterior service, the product becomes rain-resistant after drying (approximately 5-10 minutes). In the event of forecasted rain, we will apply water-soluble granules that release insecticides upon dissolution.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the initial price encompasses basic prevention and the elimination of numerous common household insects. Existing infestations may impact the initial price. Pests must traverse the insecticide and groom themselves to succumb to death. They do not immediately expire upon contact. It is not uncommon to encounter pests in garages, as most doors do not seal effectively.
7. This price does not cover German roaches, bed bugs, termites, flies, carpenter ants, fire ants, fleas, ticks, poisonous spiders, mosquitoes, or rodents (mice/rats).
8. In the event of a pet injuring a ChemTec Pest Control employee, the customer will be responsible for all associated fees and lost workdays.
9. Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your appointment after we have texted you that we are en route, or if you are a no-show, by confirming the appointment, you authorize us to charge a $65.00 inconvenience fee. We will not provide you with future services.
Our business operates on a schedule, and we incur revenue loss when appointments are canceled.
10. To uphold the company’s integrity, we prohibit our technicians from contacting customers directly on thier personnel phones. Should you have any inquiries regarding our services, kindly contact our office.
The price encompasses the exterior treatment of one residential building. Additional services such as yards, extra square footage, rodent traps, and external buildings are subject to additional charges. Due to the absence of contract agreements, all services are provided with a limited warranty of 30 days.
For specialized visits (German cockroaches, bed bugs, fleas/ticks, etc.), you will receive a separate link directing you to a specialized preparation checklist. Please complete all the recommended preparations before our arrival.
